We hope that on any single day there will be dozens of members at the
Thailand Film Center. Some of them will have expertise that you don't yet have. Discuss your ideas and bring your plans closer to reality.
A place where visiting crew can stay
A place to develop working relationships
The Thailand Film Center is a place where experts can casually talk to new comers to the industry. to students of the industry and to up and coming filmmakers. This is where you can find your film crew, your editing team, your guidence and mentors. Even your financing. This is also where you can find equipment at cheaper than formal rental houses.
A place where ideas turn into reality
This is perhaps our most important task. We provide the facilities. the office space, the computer equipment, the film and audio studios for our members to create their own productions.
A place to hang out & meet likeminded people
The Thailand film center will be open from 8am to 10pm every day except Sunday.
We will provide a place where you can come and meet other like minded people, where you can create teams, where you can learn how to raise money and where you can find a home-away-from-home with people who think alike.
Community
We aim to bring together an exciting community of locals & expates not only in filmmaking but within all the industires that support the creation of a film.
One of the limitations of being selected for a film assignment in Bangkok, if you are based overseas, can be the cost for the Producer of providing your accomodation while staying in Thailand. We have amazing low cost guest accomodation at the Thailand Film Center. So you can now let anyone know that you have your own pad in Bangkok and accomodation will not be an extra burden to hiring you..
